Your body is going through some changes isn't it? Let’s talk about it. Typically, during your first trimester, the chest may be swollen or tender. Your body starts to develop hormones and systems to feed your growing baby in your tummy. You may experience some morning sickness and feel sleepy.

Into your second trimester, the chest may grow a little more, and you start to feel heavy. Veins may appear as the breasts are developing milk ducts and areolas grow darker in color. This is the time that your body is getting ready for breastfeeding.

At the third trimester, and when you are close to your estimated delivery date, you may witness some yellow discharge called colostrum, or it may appear after your delivery.
